Admire the scenery and take some photos at Bikini Beach. The beach itself might not be quite clean enough for some sunbathing, but it's a nice place for a stroll and generally remains free of crowds. If you want to enjoy the water, swim out past the reef, where the water is clearer and cleaner. Don a snorkeling mask and take in all the life going on below the surface. • Really small beach, not very clean. You would not come to Rasdhoo for this beach that’s for sure. But, the jewel of Rasdhoo is the sand banks just 5 minutes away by speed boat. Definitely go there...

  • Snorkeling for kids is possible with a lovely presentation of tropical colourful fish. The beach is kept clean by local residents and its a treat to watch the sunsets.

  • A beautiful beach, sunbeds are falling to pieces though and there is a lot of dead coral in the shallow water here. Snorkeling is amazing, go when the tide is in so that you can swim out. Over on the right side of the beach, there is a pole out in the water, head for that. We have seen black tip sharks, turtles, rays and a multitude of amazing beautiful fish - big and small. Please be careful not to touch the corals, they take a long time to grow.
  • Lots of loungers, hammocks and swings to take great pics of the views and to chill out for the day. There are shaded places and the water is very warm. Can get a bit choppy if weather is windy. wear water shoes because of the coral in the sea and educate yourself in some of the dangerous sea life in and around the reef. Take a snorkel though to explore. It's safe so long as you know what to look out for and keep away from.
  • Beautiful bikini beach, but not ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Lots of dead corals and a shallow lagoon didn't make us happy.
  • Awesome place whether you want to play some water sports activities or just relax on the beach. It was a surreal experience.. serene and calm. Tried out kayaking, parasailing and snorkeling here. Would highly recommend vising this place for peace.
  • The only beach in the maafushi island that you can swim wearing a bikini. Is very clean and not too crowded. The island itself is very small so regardless of where you’re staying it’s a walking distance from the beach. I would recommend for families or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. ✌️
