Souvenirs That Don't Suck, Sliema

A lovely souvenir store in Malta. We came here to buy Christmas gifts for friends and families. A really good combination of the Maltese elements and the modern design. I strongly recommend the coasters, tote bags, shirts and those well designed magnets.

Perfect souvenir shop totally different than others. Staff is so friendly and willing to help and explain to me the Maltese food & words. Great shop, if you have extra time, it’s good to check the store. But just a little bit difficult to see it, coz it’s not on the Main Street.

Something for everyone. Very good quality shirts, tanks, and sweaters with common Maltese words. My favourite is the “mela” shirts that I plan on wearing all summer! Very friendly staff who help with sizing and there is a bathroom/changing area to try on before you purchase. There is also a large selection of neat prints, post cards, buttons, mugs and hats to choose from. The store is located slightly further than other local shops in Sliema but well worth the walk.

To be visited, modern maltese art might not be attractive to everyone, but that interpretation of the maltese genuine and remarkable heritage is extremely interesting. You will perceive the obvious as well as the unnoticed, you will recognize the words and the images, though these become obvious as you spell them in context. A MUST SEE!

They for sure didn't suck! Only disappointment was not having the t-shirt design I liked most in the right size. Nice prints in the back.
