Create an itinerary including Playa del Amor
Visit the visually arresting Playa del Amor, and gaze upon its otherworldly rock formations, rising formidably from their golden sands. You’ll have to take a boat ride to get to the beach, which is made more remote by the massive geological growths surrounding it. Explore the caves of the rock faces and admire their bizarre, almost melting appearance. Be sure to bring everything you’ll require, like snacks and water, as the beach offers no amenities save for a sole vendor selling beer and chips. • It was beautiful but it was so crowded that there were more people than beach. Also, like other places in Cabo, you can't swim in the ocean because of riptides.

  • As beaches go its not spectacular by any stretch but it is quite nice. The best part is the fact just through the gap in the mountain is Divorce Beach.

  • Beautiful beach. Lovely setting. Clean. Really is a nice place. Not sure about relaxing as it can get busy with the boats.

  • The place is stunning! But be ready, to get there is a little adventure. The only way is through a resort: the guard brings you through the resort until a wonderful beach with big waves, then you have to walk along the beach until a rock formation and do a bit of rock climbing to get in the other side where a paradise beach is waiting. Gym shoes are mandatory for the rocks! don’t try with sandals, it’s slippery. Anyway I’m my point of view, the beauty of the place pay the effort to reach it.
  • The beach is worth to explore. The water taxis will drop you here and you can walk around and explore the beach. If you have intentions to explore the areas then please please bring a pair of good shoes that helps to climb rock formations. With Sandals it is very risky.
  • Not walkable unless you stay at the resorts at the end of the walking path. You can take a boat here by catching a water taxi and they come back to pick you up. They call it lovers beach because the water is calmer than divorce beach
  • Iconic beach, because duh. Go early in the morning, at around 9 the tourists come out and that ruins it for… oh wait 😄. It’s a 15 minute paddle give or take, or you could take one of the water taxis or glass boat rides I guess.
  • One of my favorite beaches. Totally worth the water taxi drive down. Got there as part of our tour with Novo Tours. It’s honestly breathtakingly beautiful and the highlight of my trip. The water was also so nice to swim in!
