USA Transfers, Cancun

USA automatically changed our departure time based on traffic so we were not late getting to the airport. Our driver arrived at the exact time in the app. Our driver Fritz was amazing if I could get him every time I would. Fritz if you see this please hit me up if you want to come to see snow. We will go, my friend. The roundtrip was well worth the price. It was fast, safe, and reliable. Anytime I go to Mexico I will use USA. The only tip I will give customers is to ignore anyone approaching you about a taxi when you get to the airport. Do not use them. Go straight to the roped-off area and look for someone holding a USA Transfer sign. Make sure they confirm your name on their phone. It can be chaotic so if you have small children make sure you keep them close.

Although yes it can be a little confusing as to trying to find them it’s not bad. After exiting out the airport you do have to walk towards the back and you will see them. Their waving their signage around that says USA transfers. Once we got checked in we waited less than 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. I’m glad they didn’t wait for me at my schedule pick up time since it took forever to get our luggage. I guess that’s why they check you in first and you’ll get the next available driver. We even got upgraded on the last day they picked us up to a nice Suburban. Thank you USA Transfers we will be using you from now

They were waiting for us at the airport when we landed. There was a very nice lady waiting for us with a sign so they were very easy to find. Our driver, Jose, was awesome! He was super polite and even helped us with a little Spanish! On our return trip to the airport, they were right on time and even gave us a free upgrade to the VIP shuttle. Again, super clean and nice and cool inside. Our driver on the way back to the airport was Javier. He was wonderful as well. Gave us some good tips on what to do when we come back. This was a fantastic experience and my husband and I can’t recommend USA Transfers enough!! We will definitely use them again when we return to stay in Isla Mujeres. Thank you, USA Transfers, for making our trip to and from the resort and airport stress free and for your drivers who are superb and go above and beyond!

Javier is the BEST! He was professional and informative. He made our 50 minute drive from the airport to the resort feel fast because he held great conversation with us. He drove safe without feeling like he was in a crazy rush to drop us off (unlike another taxi we took that almost got us into an accident due to high speeds). Overall - 5 stars to Javier! We booked a private transfer through USA Transfers. They do a great job at communicating how to reach them upon arrival and what to avoid. This is very helpful because the airport had an overwhelmingly amount of taxi drivers trying to get us in their car. I did call customer service once to confirm a change of pickup time and they have English speaking reps which I appreciated. Overall - 5 starts to USA Transfers, we will use them when we come back to Cancun!

Used them for a 1 week vacation trip to Cancun Hotel Zone. Arrived and walked out to where the USA Transfers people were (wish there had been a slightly more obvious sign where they were standing but there was 4 or 5 of them standing in the area so they weren't too hard to find). There were several groups in front of me so we waited about 10 minutes to talk to someone. They scanned our QR code and told us to wait for a few minutes. About 5 minutes later a nice girl came over and explained that there was a van with two other groups going directly to our hotel if we wanted to go with them or we could wait another 10-15 minutes to take the private shuttle. The only reason we booked the private shuttle was to make sure we weren't going to be stopping and dropping people off at 15 different hotels, so we said that we were fine riding with them. All in all the first leg of our trip was very smooth. On our return trip to the airport we were scheduled at 10:30, our driver, Memo, showed up at 10:25, helped us get our bags in the van and was very nice the entire trip. Took us right up front and explained how the traffic has gotten much better than it was a few months ago. On time, comfortable van, and nice people - no complaints! Thanks to the company and to Memo specifically for making our transfers a breeze!
