Tequila Factory Cancun and Villas, Puerto Morelos

What a hidden gem. We stayed after a late flight before heading down south for a wedding. One night wasn’t enough. Recommend coming long enough to get the full tequila tour. Staff is amazing, authentic food, and the tequila is no joke. Sergio is super knowledgeable and makes you feel like you’re having dinner with him at his home. Better experience than any commercial resort can offer and can’t beat the price!

We stayed only one night, but Sergio made it one of our best nights in Yucatan! He knows everything about Tequila and loves to spread all his knowledge. Gracias Sergio, sera un grande placer! And yes: the hotel is currently not correctly marked on Google Maps (when coming from Cancun Airport it is on the left side, not on the right. Look for the big Tequila-Sign and you will find it-> next to Motel Sensaciones! Already texted google to move the mark (and no: there is no new hotel Tequila being build on the marked position, as somebody here tries to tell you) ;-) If you can text google too regarding this, go ahead it will help the true Hotel Tequila :)

Super nice rooms in a beautiful lush garden. It's located along the Cancun-Tulum highway, so take earbuds if you are a light sleeper.

Great hotel for people travelling through Cancún Airport. We stayed here for a night to prepare our trip to Playa Del Carmen, but Sergio convinced us to stay a bit longer for a tequila tour. Really glad we did, because the trip gave us some great insights into the history of tequila and the best way to drink it. Lovely place, definitely recommended. The location is great, since it's close to the airport, but I recommend that you rent a car if you want to stay longer, since it's next to a major road.

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was better than expected. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great drinks, tacos, music and ambiance. Kids enjoyed 4-5 hours of pools non stop while we had a very relaxing day enjoying margaritas.
