La Calypso Dive Center, Tulum

I did my first time Scuba Diving with them and the instructor Federico was very friendly and caring the whole time. I felt very safe diving in the Cenote, and I got the technique towards the last ten minutes. Until then Federico literally supported my swim along with another lady struggling because of her childhood water related accident, by holding us and swimming with us. We did diving in the Casa Cenote and it was perfect for beginners to learn the technique and also see some schools of curious small fish coming close to check you out.

Mind absolutely blown…two dives, one at cenote Angelita, the other at the Car Wash. Riveting, nerve wracking, other worldly - I have been sleeping on cenote fresh water diving for too long. Bebe was our guide and knocked it out of the park with his professionalism. It’s just as much of an enjoyment for him as it is for his guests. I had the best dive with La Calypso! Bebe was my dive master and it was just us two, exploring a super cool cenote with bats! I felt super safe, Bebe was kind enough to answer all of my questions and help me get more comfortable. The dive was epic!! Would absolutely recommend diving with La Calypso.

Diving in Cenote Angelita can’t be compared to any experience you will ever have. Must do if in this part of Mexico! Federico and La Calypso dive centre were great hosts and very easy to contact. Definitely use them if choosing a dive centre in Tulum!

We dove in two centones with La Calypso. Dos Ojos and Carwash. Good company, strict rules, good equipment and a lot of fun. Diving cenotes is like flying through the air, water is crystal clear. Would book with La Calypso again if we would come back to Tulum.
