Love the store, the stuff and the mission. The store looks small, but it has a very large variety of items. I purchased a tie and cufflinks and some wool greeting cards. They apparently source their products from local artisans who in turn get a lot more than average in terms of remuneration. Definitely go here for the souvenirs for the special people in your life.

I love that this shop has ethically made souvenirs that are very cute and a great price. I bought some Christmas ornaments as gifts and Christmas stockings and a makeup bag for myself from here and I love them all. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for some unique souvenirs or a cute gift.

Went shopping for souvenirs. Loved the ethical sourcing. Great selection. Ended up going back for more after seeing the options at other retailers. Prices were inline with elsewhere or better. Several of the staff spoke English. No issues using a North American credit card. Highly recommend stopping in.

Don’t bother with the State Department Store. Yes, the selection is a lot smaller, but genuine items made in Mongolia that benefit traditional Crafts People! Best Souvenir Shop in UB Speak English Accepts all major credit cards

I went to Mary & Martha in 2015 late summer. I loved this shop and the way they introduce local artisans. Products are beautiful and I really love the bracelet.
