  • From prehistoric times thru the ages with artifacts and clothing. The details on their bridles and saddles from 600 BC onwards is amazing.. Europeans were living in huts while the Mongols were decorating, with intricate designs, their horses. Gave me a whole new perspective on the word, "civilization". Take your time and read about the displays for they are fascinating.
  • Small museum full of masterpieces. I did't use audio guide, just read descriptions in English. I appreciate that everything was translated.
  • Wouldn't tell by looking at the outside, but full of history & interesting items.
  • Interesting exhibits. If you get the audio guide, be prepared to stand in front of each exhibit for up to 10 minutes. I think Mongolians have a different way of talking about history. For me the guide is very repetitive and too detailed. But interesting nonetheless
  • Awesome place! It is a must visit to know more about Mongolian culture, history and Buddhism.
