This is a great place to sail or enjoy the sunset. I recommend it to anyone visiting Yangon. Some of my fondest memories in Myanmar were at Inya Lake

You can feel fresh and windy air. Stay peacefully and away from city life.

Very scenic and picturesque lake. The western side of the lake along Pyay Road is popular with locals and visitors and is a great place for sunsets. If you are there in the evening, bring insect repellent to protect yourself from some very pesky bugs. It is possible to visit the lake via the colorful but very slow Circular Railway, stopping at Hledan Centre station. From the station, you can take a cab or walk half an hour to the lake. If you decide to walk, the Hledan Market and the University of Yangon make for some worthwhile stops.

The place is very peaceful though it can get very hot. Be careful when you are walking on the wood trail, it is not so durable.
-
It will be better for couples to relax and people who want to go for jogging.
-
It's a nice place to sightseeing and walk around
