I visited Rangoon (now Yangon, Myanmar) in Burma 2015, July. I pay a visit to last Mughal Emperor saint Bahadur Shah Zafar. There is tomb in side the Dargah. Uper one tomb is fake and the just below one is original. Feel historic to visit there.

A beautifully calm serene site of tremendous historic significance! Nearly all PMs of India have paid homage to this great fallen soul. It closes a bit early around afternoon, there’s hardly any crowd, lots to read up, and don’t be apprehensive about hen locals around, they are only there to guide you around. Without any expectations..

Place of historical significance for many people. The building is small, unassuming, but pleasant and welcoming to people of all backgrounds. There are signs posted about in English to explain the significance of everything, and friendly people willing to help answer any questions and let you explore.

Got historical perspective.. It's an everyday masjid, with very hospitable maulvi saab

Very few people know about the final resting place of the last Mughal emperor, Sultan Bahadur Shah II; it was even difficult for the taxi drivers! This is a must visit if you know about the story of the Indian rebellion of 1857 and the tragic aftermath. While the tomb is small, it's immaculately maintained and quietly elegant. Some of the effects of the sultan and his wife (minus the valuables, which I think are scattered around museums in the UK) are also on display. A very moving tribute.
