    Monastry is at small beautiful village of Khunjung, it is closed most of the times. You are supposed to call the mobile number pasted there & wait for 5-10 minutes.Entrance tickets are Rs 300 per person. Central attraction of this Gumba is the claimed Skull of Yeti enclised & locked in a wooden box with glassed windiw.

    Just visited last week and it is now named as Samten Choling Gonpa, with an entree fee of rupee 300. Look like it is newly renovated. They will give you a leaflet and you could also find the skull in the gonpa.

    On the way back from tengboche i visited this beautiful khumjung village and got an opportunity to see yeti skull in the gumba.. Recommend you guys to definitely visit this place. 4,5 hrs walk from namchebazar and same from tengboche too.
