Evergreen Yoga Studio Chitwan, Sauraha

Amazing yoga! Maya is a fantastic teacher - her attention to detail and expertise improved my practise so much in such a short time. With her help I was able to achieve my first Wheel pose! The studio is also beautiful, with so many practical touches for using the space to support your yoga.

We did the morning lesson with Maya. The place is just beautiful (nice view over the river). There is also a tree house next to the yoga hall from which you have an even nicer view. The yoga hall is big (plenty of space!) and there is a lot of equipment available (blocks, belts,...). Maya is a wonderful, sympathic and sensitive teacher. She pays attention to your skills, explains the postures very clearly and then focuses on your execution. The lesson was relaxing and activating in one. We can definitely recommend this place.

Amazing place to practice yoga along the river and near the jungle, the view is beautiful and the sound relaxing. And I made a lot of progress because Maya is very attentive and also warm. I spent a very good time in this course.

Maya is a very human, caring and professional yoga teacher ! Her yoga open room by the river is just blissful. And you MUST check her little family eco-friendly hotel ! It even has nests and treehouses 1! :D
