  • Amazing cauldron surrounded by a tall rim - warm water for lounging on an inner - tube great for swimming.
  • Such a beautiful spot to spend the day, it was the highlight of our time in Granada! We loved it so much we came back the following day.
  • Stayed at San Simian Lodge and woke up to a beautiful sunrise on the Lagoon, sooooo beautiful
  • This place is breath talking, amazing view, lots of animals, monkeys, birds and there are big grass hoppers (locust) cool to see them fly. You can also go swimming in the lagoon by driving all the way down to the bottom. I don't recommend walking down, it's a pretty good hike, unless you'd like to enjoy a walk while animal watching. You're able to drive down from the Mirador de Daria.
  • The most beautiful lagoon that I have had the pleasure of visiting several times when I go back to Nicaragua. I cannot wait to take m kids to experience it. The area is clean, safe, and abundant in hotels or houses to rent. There are plenty of places that you can spend the day at which are right on the shore. You will not be disappointed.
