    Unfriendly, unprofessional and make up new prices spontaneously. Not recommended.

    We contracted an excursion with ShowmeNicaraguaTours in July and the treatment and attention given by the guides that touched us was exquisite. However, the problem we had with Mike (the boss), due to inclement weather we could not practically make the tour of the city and we were waiting almost two hours at the entrance of the volcano waiting for them to open. The problem is that we waited because Mike told us that they always ended up opening, it was not like that, and as if that were not enough, he did not allow us (although Gustavo the guide did agree) to change that part of the tour to another day; In fact, he ended up not even responding to whatsapp (attached photos) and when complaining to Trip Advisor he lied saying that the park had opened that afternoon. I understand that no one controls time and that no one is responsible, but when setbacks arose we did not get any support, we felt helpless and we saw that he only cared about the profit, I congratulate him, he took 140 dollars for giving us a boat ride, good business. Even to this day he has not deigned to answer us.
