Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall, Norheimsund

I visit there on summer time, its a nice place you can walked under the waterfall. It's a little bit crowded of tourist but it's worst for visit there and spent good time and breathtaking fresh air. A lots of parking place, then don't need to worry about parking place. No need ticket! Souvenir shop in the entry with a lots!! Of things inside, Stunning because cheap price. Recommend visit 😊

Beautiful waterfall. Very easy to climb and stand behind it and see the impressive force of it as well as an amazing view to the nearby town! A 100% recommend visiting it if you are in the area..

The drive to the waterfall was already stunning with plenty of small and bigger waterfalls along the road. Once at the waterfall it's pretty cool to be able to walk underneath it. Wonderful experience!

On the ss 7 at the entrance of the village of Norheimsund this fantastic waterfall awaits you to invite you to visit it from an unusual point of view. In fact, from the parking lot, in less than 5 minutes, you will find yourself walking behind her, with the possibility of play of light and rainbows just waiting to be photographed. Also worth visiting is a souvenir shop (good choice of products) which also allows you to stop at the grocery store to refuel. The waterfall is impressive, the funniest aspect is that the path takes you very close and then going up it passes under a ridge of rock that allows you to admire it even from behind in dry conditions; at the end, you arrive at a terrace where you can enjoy the view and the spectacle of the water that falls and flows in the valley. It is also possible to reach the foot of the waterfall but the rocks are slippery and there are no protections. In short, a close encounter with this power of nature, in harmony with the energy of creation...

Great fierce waterfall, quick few minutes walk from the car park takes you behind the waterfall where you can listen to the roar of the waterfall without getting wet. Very picturesque definitely worth the stop
