    Take a car or public transport to Illapani. You can get a ride up to the trailhead to avoid walking in the sun for 15min. After that it is a 8min walk to a crossroads where you can get a huge slice...

    It´s off the beaten path and about an hour and a half from Quillabamba on a car or motorcycle. There are two paths, be sure to ask the locals. The hike is somewhat extenuating with some steep hills...

    Beautiful Illapani waterfall in the Quellouno district, it is best to go by private car but there are also cars that leave from the Quillabamba terminal, go early at dawn, I highly recommend it. You can swim there, you walk from 20 to 40 minutes depending on the physique of the people, the path is not risky, but if you go with the right shoes for a walk, an unmissable place to visit and enjoy, do not pollute it, save your garbage .

    Very nice place. Worth a visit. I recommend leaving Quillabamba early. And spend the whole day at the place.

    Beautiful. The income is paid s/2 (they say it is for the community) just to leave the car (I would leave it outside) and the walk is 20 minutes. Recommended anyway.

    The IILLAPANI Waterfalls are located in the district of Echarate, Province of La Convención, department of Cusco. The journey can be done in a private vehicle or taxi from the city of Quillabamba traveling 1:20 Hr. to the village of Illapani by paved road. Then turn right onto a road affirmed for 5 minutes. Then there is a 25 minute stretch of hike to the falls. The waters are very cool and refreshing wear sandals to get into the pool at the foot of the waterfall
