It is one of best places in Bydgoszcz and it has architectural value. Historically important place in Bydgoszcz. If you climb to top of the building you can see around the Bydgoszcz city. Beautiful view of the city can be captured from there. You need to buy a ticket to go inside the building and student can enter free in Saturdays. If you don’t want to go inside, Surrounding of the building also very peaceful and calm. you can have a rest and feel the nature by sitting outside park in there.

170 steps up, and you can see great 360 degree view of Bydgoszcz from the top of the Tower. The interior is quite interesting, the spiral ladder looks modern, but it's more than 100 years old! Even if you don't want to go inside the Tower, I recommend to visit the hill itself. It's a historical place from mid-centuries.

Terrific views from the roof terrace. The building itself is beautiful and worth a visit as it houses dozens of exhibits related to the water supply and plumbing industry. The old park surrounding the tower is just as picturesque and noteworthy.
