  • A very good museum to go and visit. It's all located on the -3 floor of the building but all on one level. You wind your way through starting at the very beginning of the Second World War right...

  • A fantastic experience at this museum, it was easy to access from the Old Town, reasonably priced with lockers and a cloak room. The museum is very well presented, very informative and easy to follow....  more

  • I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about visiting this museum because it seems like Poland spends lots of money on World War II memories instead of investing millions in present happier projects. However, I was impressed with what I experienced. 🎫 So, I got online tickets, and there was no waiting line. It's recommended to visit this place at 3:00 pm at the latest because it takes around 2-3 hours to see everything without rash. 🎧 Audioguide - recommend because it's nicely synchronized with the area you enter. The history is presented very well, and the interior made me feel like time-travel at that time. I would say that it's worth visiting this museum at least once. It's a great piece of work—a very professional and international-level museum. ⭐️
  • Incredible museum with greatly presented history. I recommend getting the Audioguides, which was perfectly synchronized with my location. The museum did a great job at presenting the history in an interesting way and let’s one kind of relive part of it due to the high amount of historical artifacts in combination with the multimedia material and well decorated rooms. Would definitely recommend going here but you should take at least 4 hours if you really want to dive into everything.
  • A beautifully designed, modern, emotional journey through WW2. In depth exhibits and clearly marked touring directions. Definitely worth a visit. The only downside is the lack of reception as the main exhibit floor is underground, which could be a problem to some as thoroughly touring the museum can take an upward of 4 hours.
  • An impressive museum which tells the story of the Second World War with considerable clarity. The staff were friendly and the museum was generally very easy to navigate. My visit lasted around three hours and there was plenty to see in terms of videos, exhibits and text. Everything was available in English and lots of thought has been put into the design of the museum. Will likely revisit in the future.
  • Didn't expect to spend such a long time during the "permanent exhibition" visit. It is worth your money. The permanent exhibition alone is huge and I would recommend to buy tickets only for that. Overall nice place to spend a day with family.
