Went on tour of Salt mines and Auschwitz which was a great day out, our driver and guide was excellent and very informative. His name was Michael and if you manage to get him you will be blessed. Excellent tour operators.

Had a great time touring with Michael and Mark to Auschwitz-Berkinau and the salt mine. Even though the day was long, it went by quickly due to the content and the tour guides. Every tour guide was great, and I was impressed with everyone's knowledge! Michael was very organized and helpful for the whole tour. I recommend whenever you visit Krakow!

We had a visit to Auschwitz with these and everything ran smoothly from minute one. Lovely driver in a coach with a tv, dropped off and had a great knowledgeable tour guide before travelling back with the same driver. Great experience and very good price

Fabulous experience We booked Zakopane and tree top walk in slovakia The company was responsive in communication and told us time and place for pick up the day before. They replied to emails straight away. The tour guide also SMS to us to let us know he was on the way. We were picked up on time and the guide was very friendly and happy to explain the sights on the way to Zakopane . The guide was clear on the times we had to be back for our next trip on to slovakia. The guide explained every detail to us about using the gondola and what we needed to do. The guide got our tickets for us so we didn’t have to queue. We were waited for while we went and explored the tree tops and this beautiful ski resort. On the way back we collected others from thermal baths in Zakopane and was able to get some snacks and hot drinks in the cafe The guide was personable and helped us with everything. His knowledge was detailed and I would use this service again Thank you very much

We scheduled a small group tour with hotel pick up for Auschwitz. The small group was not available on the day of our tour, but the company refunded our money and provided a slightly larger tour with a meeting point. This worked out okay for us. Our driver was Arthur and he was very helpful and on time. We watched a documentary on the way to Auschwitz. The van was comfortable and clean.
