  • €2.12 buys entry to all Aljezur's museums - excellent value for money. Two ladies were working here, & took great pains to make sure that we didn't miss any important items.

  • Loved looking around this museum made of the house of the painter Jose Cercas. Fascinating to see how life was lived in early 20th century Portuguese towns.

  • We bought the ticket that allowed us to visit several museums, including the Casa Museu by the painter José Cercas. With the information given at the Museum of Sacred Art, the museums in Aljezur close at 18:00. However, we arrived at the entrance of this museum at 17:20h and the employee who was there told us that "it is not a good time anymore", that is, that it was not time to enter. It seems conceivable to me that such a small museum would take us more than 15 minutes to visit, which justifies the attitude of barring us from entering when there were 40 minutes left before closing. On top of that, the museum was EMPTY when we got there. Again, reprehensible behavior on the part of the employee who was probably anxious to close early, prevented us from visiting the museum, when we had already paid to enter. AS ADDENDUM: The lady who served us at the Museum of Sacred Art was very friendly and attentive, an example that her colleagues should follow.
  • Totally great. Beautiful landscape. Nice people. Pure relaxation
  • A quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
  • VERY NICE VILLAGE, WELL CUSTOMIZED, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF ARRIFANA
  • Interesting
