  • The bay surrounded by rock formations creates a shallow pool with much calmer water than surrounding beaches. Many people were spending time just sitting in the water. Chairs and umbrella rental...

  • We were staying in Dorado and read about this area and beach. It was a 1 &1/2 hour drive but was well worth it. Highly suggest visiting but plan to stay in that area or plan to go early to enjoy.

  • Best beach in the area. Great for families. You can park on the Villas for $10 or in front of the apartments at the other side of the beach. Nice snorkeling spot. Facilities available at the Villas.
  • Shallow Beach we came in from the East off of the main road and parked on the neighborhood street before the dead end and then took the steep alley down to the beach. When we visited the seas were very rough but looks like normally it is much more calm. If you come in from the rest there's amenities and lots of parking options.
  • This beach holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been going to this beach since I was a small child. Today I almost didn’t recognize it because the water was insane! The waves were massive, and the small inlet was raging as well. That area was calm enough it could be enjoyed without the worry of being swept away. Beautiful beach and a must-see!
  • Beautiful!!! Be very careful waves can knock you down very easy!!!
  • I loved this beach. It still had the wild vibe that I look for, the shallow area is sweet and the area with the waves is amazing to watch. I climbed on the big rock separating the two which had great views of spectacular waves. I wouldn't say I swam properly but I for sure splashed around in both shallow and wave areas. Saw two big turtles from the top of the rock. It is one of my favorite beaches with no crowds on weekdays. Maybe 4 or 5 other people.
