  • Beautiful food, great cocktails and super friendly service - Nela is great! The Barramundi was delicious and they made us strawberry daiquiris!

  • If Rincon is the surfers paradise on the west of the island, Playa La Pared is close to its equal on the North East coast. About 50km east of San Juan. Located in the town of Luquillo. A good beach to explore for hours even if you don’t surf. You can walk the beach and swim closer to the shore. Watch the surfers and other water/beach activities. There are cafes & restaurants in the neighborhood and oceanfront restaurants and bars that can get busy on some days. We were told that food trucks are only there on Saturdays. We went on Saturday on our next visit and the beach was busy. There were several food trucks that offered variety of food with reasonable prices. We highly recommend the Simple Food Truck. There’s plenty of spots in the big parking lot but if you want to be close to the beach and park on the beachfront street, get there early!
  • Glad made time to visit this Area ☺️ Park the car & walk all around saving this picture to share
  • La Pared is a large uncrowded beautiful beach on the North East shore of Puerto Rico. Less heralded than it’s closest neighbor and more tourist friendly Luquillo Beach, the smaller volume of traffic at La Pared may be due to higher winds and choppier water.
  • Absolutely beautiful beach in Puerto Rico. When the tide is low, you can go around to the calmer lagoon and enjoy more beautiful views. Very good waves if you like surfing or body surfing. For sure worth a visit.
  • It's a good beach to relax, play some dominoes and spend time with family and friends. The downside is that you have to park on the street; on weekdays you can find a spot but on the weekends it is really difficult.
