Cruiser Aurora, St. Petersburg

Our vacation in Saint Petersburg was great. I don't know how describe those beautiful, amazing historical pieces and place. Thousands of the breathtaking sceneries. We really enjoyed our visit. Use Ferry, bus or walk around to visit this beautiful city with gorgeous nature.

The Aurora Cruiser is an enjoyable visit and has so much historical significance. The museum, the ship, is not large so a visit only takes 30-40 minutes, but it costs the same or close to the Hermitage which is no comparison. If coming for a short time to the city and you have limited opportunities, then photograph this impressive ship from the outside and go on to other sites. My family loved it, but we live here.

Nice to walk around , not very interactive but gives you a little bit of insight into Russian military history. Not a lot I’m English but hey it’s Russia ! Nice place to take kids, the stairs and so on might be difficult for older or less able people.

Saint Petersburg is a City full of very interesting things to see. One of the must see attractions is the Aurora battle cruiser which played an important role in the first world war and the October Revolution in 1917. The ship is now a museum. Most of the deck is accessible for visitors and in the below deck are the main museum exhibits. Definitely worth a visit!

Being a bit generous with a 4⭐️ rating as there is not much to read or see and what there is is only in Russian. Still a cool ship and if you’re into these things then I recommend. Loads to do in STP but if you’re passing then go. Not cheap but they do take student discount if you ask
