Best experience for tourists...especially kids. It actually an open zoo. It can be experienced by walking on trails, or by a tram. Most people come with family opt for a tram ride. The tram has 3 or 4 cars sitting approximately 100 people at a time. The ride is of half an hour. Going through various sections of herbivores and carnivores animals in complete dark. You can't use flash photography during the ride. The info about various animals is continually played on tram ride. There are various options of food stalls. And beverages too. The theater show is every 2 or 3 hours which you have register online and scan the tickets at the entrance. The show is also great. A fun place in Singapore 🇸🇬....👌🏼👌🏼🙂👍🏻

A brilliant safari with a diverse range of nocturnal animals. Kids enjoy the team ride looking at lions, hyenas, elephant, owl, etc. We went a little late and younger kids couldn’t take the late night. For those with kids, I’d suggest to go in when it opens and walk on the trails. Finish the trip with the teams and eventually head to the outdoor food areas. We enjoyed the trip and will probably head back they are abit older. Very friendly staff helps make the experience much better.

Went in about 7pm on a Thursday night. It was just in time for tram ride. Perfect timing for the ride as it was right before sunset. After the ride we went for walking trails and managed to see many nocturnal creatures in their habitat. There was night show available for booking 2h before show time. Animals were well trained with good interaction with the trainers.

The safari features lots of nocturnal animals on display. The tram ride that brings visitors around the different enclosures is excellent as it explains the different animals that are present, or at least were supposed to be present. It can be difficult to see the animals though because it was really dark so we did not know what we were really supposed to see at times. Despite the long queue, we did not have to wait for long to get onto the ride, which was great. Food here is pretty pricey (and of small portion sizes) as expected, try to eat before coming.

We went just after heavy rain on a weekday evening, it wasn't crowded and we saw lots of animals!! The creatures of the night show was very interesting, my 2 year old was captivated. We had dinner there, food was very decent, price reasonable. The tram ride is a must do, good explanation of the animals and we saw most of the animals mentioned. Obviously it is very dark so it depends on how good your own vision is. Walking trail is nicely planned out, personally I did not had any mosquito bites, other half only had 1 and he usually feeds mosquitoes. Only suggestion to the park is to actually provide kids strollers, it is an option online but none available even when prebooking it a few weeks ahead!! Overall a great attraction.
