O-Ride Singapore Mini Segway Tours, Singapore

Without a doubt the was the best Segway tour we have done yet! 3 hours of Singapore sightseeing on a Segway, who could ask for anything more? Not us because all the photos our tour guide took were also include for free :) Top job O-Ride and thanks for a fantastic morning!

I have to say, O-Ride Singapore is very professional in doing business. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and humorous. Our whole guided tour was never boring even for one second. Kudos to O-Ride Singapore team. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. The route is well designed, very smooth road condition all the way. What surprised me was the O-Ride team made us a video, didn't expect that in the first place. They have more wonderful videos on their YouTube channel, you guys should check them out to find out where had we been to. Was given a segway that had a faulty battery. When trying it at the store, it was vibrating and I highlighted it to the staff. He said it was normal and it would go away after some time. After bringing it out, I couldn’t start the segway. Because my nieces were quite far went ahead of me, I spent 20 minutes trying to find them. I finally returned to the shop to get a replacement, but only had 20-30 minutes left. They didn’t give me a discount for the mistake, nor did they apologise. So I’d say be sure to check your segway properly before leaving the store. If it’s vibrating, just ask for another one. Or get the staff to try the machine themselves.

Indeed this is the most interesting tour I have ever done. Dato Ong the tour guide is a very funny and knowledgeable guy. He told us many stories about the old Singapore. The most memorable place we have gone to is the Merlion Park. I never knew there is a tiny Merlion nearby the big Merlion. O-Ride team then made us a video at the end of the day, you guys can check them out on Youtube, just search for "O-Ride Singapore". We were amazed at the first place when we rode the mini Segway, never imagined it can be handled so easily. Good job guys. Keep it up and may business prospers.

We have been coming here quite often since we stumbled on them last year in September 2017 - just wondering around Kallang Wave mall. The pricing is so reasonable here when compared to hiring a Segway in Sentosa (that was day light robbery!!!) Joshua has been fantastic and is always so friendly and accommodating with requests. We have not taken the tour but have been riding around the paths ourselves - with Joshua’s recommendations. When we have visitors from Australia this is the first place we take them and everyone raves about the Segways and how easy it is to ride. So much so, when friends are here only for even half- day layovers in Singapore, this is where they come. Please keep up the great work and we will be back again and again and again. Thanks!!
