  • Take “bumboats” to the island from Changi Point Ferry Terminal. The prices have risen since the circuit breaker. I guess it’s a COVID tax? It’s now $4 per person, and $2 for each bike each way...

  • Great place if you're looking for a challenge with your bicycle. Do remmeber to rent a better bike at the jetty area if you're heading to the bike park. I recommend you to visit the German Girl shrine when on the way to the bike park. You can read up the history of the shrine online if you're interested! Please take note that there are different color codes that represent the complexity and difficulty of the tracks. I have quote the ones that is reflected in nparks website as below: - Blue Square: for beginners; trail has steep slopes as well as narrow tracks with poor traction - Black Diamond: for middle-skilled cyclists; consists of long step climbs, drop-offs and challenging obstacles - Double Black Diamond: for the pros; these trails have a variety of extra steep climbs and drop-offs, sharp corners and tricky obstacles Take care and ride safe!
  • Great MTB trail on the small island of Palau Ubin! Blue trails are good for beginners, black and double black for intermediate to advanced, very good place to practice and improve your skills. If attempting black+ be ready for climbs, technical sections, rocks, roots, etc. This trail has a bit of everything and is a great way to spend half a day to full day. The Island itself is very rural, so make sure to bring extra water and snacks, there are a few shops on the island as well. Can take bumboat from Changi terminal for $4 ($6 with bike) no set schedule they just leave when full. All in all great experience and highly recommend even if not a MTBer!
  • First mountain biking experience here and it was fun! The blue trail is extremely doable even if it’s your first time trying out mountain biking. There are some steep slopes and uneven patches but all in all if you’re comfortable with bikes, and you have a mountain bike it’s not difficult. Tiring, but not impossible. Most of the route is either muddy or grassy with only a few rocks so even if you fall you might get cut but you shouldn’t be hurt too badly. Just make sure to get a mountain bike (you can easily rent one from any of the island bike stores) before attempting. It’s muddy so be prepared to get dirty. You’ll be rewarded with beautiful views at parts of the trail and you’ll pass the German girl shrine too so it’s pretty worth.
  • great ride! good place to rest. you can take a bike. and have a great day.
  • The place is beautiful and simple awesome. A good place to spend a day with family and friends. Quiet, peaceful and rustic place to be away from the busy and crowded city life. But bicycles here not that good. Suggest to visit on a clear day as there are few or no shelters or resting places within the area. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the bike park from the main village.
