Ojstrica, Bled

Difficult in places and parts were more of a climb but so worth it! A lot of the path had lots of loose stones and rocks. The view at the top was exceptional. Just absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great short hike with a good view of the lake. I really liked the steep stairs they built to reach the top. Bring good shoes, especially when the path has seen some rain in the hours before.

Well worth the early 5am wake up to get here and await the magical sunrise. Park your car at the nearby campground and then do the relatively easy 15 minute hike up. While it's not the biggest space up there, there were plenty of scenic views to go around. Just be mindful of your fellow nature lover and don't be obnoxious with your loud talking. We get it, life is hard but keep it calm and peaceful when you're around others during this tranquil time of reflection. Also, not a flex but I noticed I was the only idiot not fully dressed in proper gear. To those who may not have packed hiking boots or closed toe shoes, I made it up in my birks with no issues at all. Just be careful not to roll your ankles given the loose rocks and incline you're facing as you hike up. Bring a headlamp or use your phone's flashlight as it was quite dark at that time of the morning. We came up on a Tuesday morning.

This is the most incredible and beautiful viewpoint of Bled, all the sweet and tiredness on the way up was worth it. I have to say it is not an easy road (besides I was talking while walking since I was recording a vlog which made it more difficult, but all was worth it, no regrets). I went very early in the morning and there were already some people but the later it was the more people started to come. So I recommend to go as early as you can to avoid big crowds.

Great view of lake bled from the top. It’s a steep approximately 20 minutes hike. You can drive to the parking lot that cost 5 euros an hour.
