Vogel, Bohinjsko Jezero

Very well equipped ski center near Ljubljana. Also lots of walking paths in summer. Verity of places to eat and drink. Ski slops are not long but looks good. Mostly for local people. Rental ski equipment available

Awesome place if the weather helps you :)) up there, the weather was very extreme, during one hour it rained, it shined and was dark and foggy. The cablecar runs every half an hour, if you get family tickets it's 22 €/adult and 11€/kids. The view from the cablecar should be fantastic if it is not raining. We did take a walk, the surroundings are great, a lot of hiking and walking paths. Worth visiting anyway !

A superb ski centre with incredible views. The slopes here are well-maintained, and the variety of runs on offer are superb. We were able to easily use the gondola and ski lifts with no issues. The staff were all friendly and polite, and the facilities are kept in good order. As a beginner skier, I would highly recommend visiting Vogel. It doesn't have too many difficult slopes and the location is in close proximity to Bled and other nearby attractions. We hired our equipment here too, skis, boots, and poles. It was fairly priced and meant we could quickly get on the slopes with minimal hassle. Overall, it was an awesome day!

Very scenic place. Need to take a ropeway transfer to top. 23 euro per person if i remember. On top you have good restaurants, skiing equipment rentals, chair transfer to higher altitudes.

Here is the top station of Vogel gondola ski lift. Vogel ski resort itself is not so big, slopes are good for beginners and kids. Unfortunately weather might change rapidly so that fog makes it impossible to see anything.
