    Nice little castle worth a short stop. But the views of the coast are fantastic so it is good to explore the sourounding paths above the cliff. Just 15 min away you can also visit a small underground....  more

    Nice wiew, but too bad that they don't open for another month, untill 05.02.2023. You cant go to the fortres if the restaurant isn't opet so you can only see the wiew 50 m away from the fortress.

    Beautiful scenery as you can see the whole pyran gulf, but the castle is closed.. easily accessible with car or by foot

    Very nice romantic place, with the view on Slovenian coast, sparkling sea and Trieste. The view of the valley from the top of the hill was breathtaking.

    The castle on the outside is nice enough, unfortunately the inside is actually only a restaurant and thus is closed most of the time due to weird working hours. However the view from the parking area and nearby trails are outstanding and worth the trip. Views of Trieste, Koper and the Adriatic. Update as of 23.5.2021 Restaurant is now open and I highly recommend. You don't need to eat and can just stop for a drink and enjoy the surroundings. However, the food is very good quality and the staff is very friendly. Recommend reservations. Dogs welcome.

    Great view point to the coastal region, Trieste gulf. Ideal for an easy hike or just a walk in one of many amazing places in the green of Slovenia.
