We went in October. The ticket office was closed and no access to chapel or crypt. That said the gate to the courtyard was unlocked and you get wonderful views of Kamnik from the courtyard. So...

You can reach the top of the hill easily on stairs. This small castle ruin is amazing nice place with some benches and a heart shaped photopoint. Panorama is nice, in good weather we can see the mountains at the background and perfect view to the village. You should visit this place, we would definitely recommend it.

Place of great cultural and historical importance for the entire region. The local guide provides excellent tour through the Chapel and Gallery, with lots of interesting stories and details.
