A great experience! Such a great way to learn about wine, It was lovely and funny. I participated the Wine Tasting Tour. 7 different types of wine, snack of bread, cheese plate, olives, pumpkin seed oil and some chocolate with wine. Boris introduced us all Slovenian wine regions and added some interesting stories about wine production. For me the winner of the night was blind tasting, I don't want to say something about the wine because it is a game but I must to say I tried it for the first time and I loved so much.

We participated a Wine Tasting Tour in Ljubljana with Boris. It was a great time to be there. We really enjoyed. It was a unique experience to know about the wine industry in Slovenia. If you are interested in wine, you must join. This activity is very nice for the first night in the city as a tourist. The place is very nicely decorated and Boris has all the information about wine and Slovenia. He is a well-known person. Also, the blind test is very special. You will never know. :)

As someone who already knew a bit about Slovenian wine, I was surprised by how much more there was to learn. The two friendly sommeliers explained everything about the six sorts of wine we tried and answered all our questions expertly. The wines were delicious, although by the fourth one, our senses started to become a bit inaccurate ;). The ambiance of the 300-year old wine cellar was perfect, as well as the atmosphere created by the guides. We played wine tasting games, learned how to taste wine properly and I think that we earned our "Ambassador of Slovenian Wine" certificates in the end.
