Lovely building is located just next to the church of St. George. So excellent views from this part of the city are offered! The interior is interesting, but there s not much to see. Sometimes...

It is nice to go up there and see the whole town... But think twice if you're afraid of heights as the last 5 steps are very step and are not like normal steps... I went up easily, but couldn't come..... more

I did not visit the church itself. I climb the tower only. At the beginning there are small wooden stairs that you need to climb. But when you reach the top that it was all worth it. View on Piran and the whole sea is absolutely stunning. If you go near this church climb the tower. It's amazing

Much altered over time, it is an octagonal building covered externally with white plaster, which stands out well against the blue background of the sea, in an elevated position behind the cathedral. Once inside it was all frescoed and there are still some traces of frescoes later on the walls, while the ceiling has been completely lost. The baptismal font in the center is beautiful.
