I went to Planica for the wind tunnel. The experence was great and the instructors were very nice - 5 stars. But the staff at the front desk was horrible. They canceled my reservation one day...

If more countries would invest like this for the younger generation than they would be able to preform great in the future. Cool to see the snow hall and snow making machines inside. Possible to make a free fall without having to jump out of a airplane. The ski jumps are amazing and to see the people to train on them is amazing. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. The whole area is a parking lot and needs to be paid for. Possible to stay with your campers.

Legendary ski jumping location. Parking available, good organization, friendly staff, drink and food, but the best thing is FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE. People love Planica and always make great show.

Very nice place to visit, jumps are just massive. The building is a marevel in itself with snow in the basement, museum, air levitation chamber and a great terrace on top. Definitely worth a visit.

Be sure to take the gondola to the top of the ski jump. The view is amazing. The price of the gondola ride is 6 EUR/person.
