A charming little outdoor museum that portrays the life of our ancestors. There are a lot of various tools from the past, and now you can climb a small tower on top of the hill where you can enjoy the view. The place has a small museum shop where you can purchase locally hand made things, honey and teas. A great place for a family visit.

Lovely place. All the houses are nicely set and each tells a story. Kind and helpful staff. Worth visiting, especially combined with the Castle.

We were expecting a more didactic and lively experience. We were given a brochure with general information, but no one from the museum was around to answer our questions and explain more in detail. We wanted to know about the changes, what's still preserved, and ask about the actual Slovenian lifestyle. Kind of disappointing.
