This place deserves a full 5 stars. The vineyard is full of history, making you appreciate it that much more. Our host, Irena, was wonderful and explained in enough detail about the wines we tasted (like 7 in total). The tasting room is in a modern building overlooking their own vineyard. The tasting, costing 20 EUR, comes also with a big plate of meat, cheese and breads. The plate was delicious, as were the wines. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely come back in warmer months.

I cannot say enough good things about Lepa Vida, the wines, and especially Irena. This had to be the best wine tasting I've ever experienced! We had a private tasting and education by Irena (owner). So informative, so personal, so amazing! It was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. Highly recommended, don't miss out!!

We had an amazing time at Lepa Vida winery! The family that owns it is very nice and it feels like a really special experience. The wine is also delicious 😋 and you get quite a lot for little money. Shipping to anywhere in Europe is also very affordable. Highly recommend! Also the winery cat it quite cute

We had a ‘private’ wine tasting yesterday with Irena. Great host, very friendly, entertaining and told us a lot about the history of the wine making, but also about Slovenia and the special grapes and wines that are made in the region. We really, really enjoyed the tasting! The food was nice, the wines are special and the cat was the finishing touch of the experience. Thank you very much!

For wine lovers, it is a must visit! Great place, vibes, wine is amazing, tour was so great, food was so good as well. The tour starts with an overview about the place, its history, the success story, and off course wine tasting. It is different unique experience which is highly recommended. Their wine is not expensive and they have a very high quality selected tastes and flavors. They are so welcoming and of a great sense of hospitality. place is big and wide, clean & can have almost 20 people as far as I can remember.
