  • Very nice hostess on the camping. Takes her time for you and the prices are also really good. A lot to do around here and you can ask everything. Recommended when in Vipava!

  • Amazing place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable and it genuinely felt like they would go so far out of their way to help you. The campsite was excellent - lots of shade in the mornings. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well looked after and the bar sold a good range of drinks and coffee. A great location from which to explore Slovenia.
  • Loved this campsite! A very fun vibe, with plants growing in walking boots and a little library of climbing guides to browse. The owner is SO friendly and kind. Lovely clean facilities and spacious private plots for campers. Superb via ferrata, hiking and climbing directly from the campsite.
  • The most helpful and friendliest patrons. Nice quiet campsite in nature. We enjoyed our stay.
  • We liked the environnement place, it was lovely to camp there. Unfortunatly, we were not feeling comfortable with the price transparency of the staff and the behavior of the lady at the reception desk. I asked several time about the possibility to use the washing machine and the drying machine (by phone, then when we arrived at night and in the morning), and not once they mentionned the fact it was ten euros even when I was about to put the clothes in the machine. I realized that reading a piece of paper on the side of a table, and they would have charged me the price on the camping bill without telling me. I find it odd they don’t mentionned it at all, when let’s be honest the price is that high (same price than a night for one person in a tent). Then I told politely the lady that I will find another washing machine, and she answered I won’t find anything cheaper with a haughty gaze (actually we did find cheaper price without effort ^^). Starting from there, she was really rude with us, wanting to charge us an extra night because we did the check out at 11.10 am and not 11am sharp (Of course we were sorry to be late but the other reception lady did not tell us it was an 11am check out the night before). Then I asked the invoice, she was not happy and made a nasty comment « I hope you will not throw it away » Knowing they don’t have over the roof transparency practices, I just wanted to have the detail of expenses and it was not well welcomed apparently. Finally, she told us to hurry to leave. It was unbelievably rude and I was genuinely shocked by her manners. We went on several other campings in Slovenia where the staff was super nice and welcoming, so I would recommend you to try another one if you care for price transparency and professionalism.
  • Calm spot at the foot of the Tura. Lovely hosts and a very central location for everybody who's (like us) not so much into climbing or outdoor activities. Less than one hour to Triest and the sea, the Vipava Valley with its wineries and quite a few good restaurants only a couple of minutes by car. And close enough to Ljubljana for a daytrip. For us the perfect place to stay.
