Create an itinerary including Haeundae Beach
Backed by downtown's skyline, Haeundae Beach ranks as the one of the country's most popular waterfront spots. Stretching for 2 km (1.2 mi), the beach draws thousands of visitors with its sun, surf, and festivals. Rent an umbrella from one of many booths at the rear of the beach to give yourself some shade while you kick back on the sand. Alternatively, grab an inner tube and don your swimsuit to enjoy splashing and swimming in the sea. Along the beach, you'll find plenty of cultural activities and events--primarily focused on the "folk square," these include traditional games, wrestling, and performances. • A typical tourist area but it’s beautiful and lots of things to do and places to eat and drink. We’d go back in a heartbeat. The beach is beautiful and the Main Street safe and fun.

  • Haeundae Beach is the "it" beach of Korea, but I honestly think that other beaches that are less populated are more favorable (i.e. Seogwipo in Jeju and Gwangalli in Busan). It is a manmade beach...

  • Fantastic place, really recommend to visit there. The beach is big enough and very clean. The view is also beautiful. Would recommend to visit it in the morning when is not that packed and it is also good time to take some nice photos.
  • Beautiful beach, beautiful people, birds, kites and events happening all the time everywhere. This place was brimming with life and action! The food was awesome around here too. The only place to get good international food that tastes AUTHENTIC in Korea (with minor exception of course). Swimming was great and surfing out of this world. Come here. Enjoy the sun and the sand.
  • Gorgeous beach. They had some festival while I was there in Oct 2022 and there were many stalls set up along the beach to sell food/drinks and handmade wares. Many families playing along the beach too. The sky there was simply stunning. would go again :)
  • Haeundae Beach is very beautiful to visit. Many birds frolic on the beach. Clean white sand and lots of interesting places to eat
  • Really beautiful beach. Was there when they started to put Christmas decors and lights... I saw it at daytime and night and it must be amazing to enjoy it in summer. But no doubts one of the most important beaches of Busan is beautiful and worth a visit always.
