Climb the 129 m (423 ft) high tower to observe Busan at Yongdusan Park, a small hilltop park adjacent to a busy shopping area. Spanning 69,000 sq m (742,709 sq ft) with 70 different species of trees, the park also houses two museums: one with world folk instruments, and the other with 80 boat models ranging from traditional yellow-hemp sailboats to modern yachts. Look for the 12 m (37 ft) high statue of Yi Sun-sin, a 16th-century naval commander who repelled a Japanese invasion. Take a break from busy city life and calmly observe it from the park's viewing area (though you'll need to manage some steep stairs to get there). For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Busan holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Yongdusan Park and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • Nice park located at the base of the Busan Diamond Tower. Quite accessible to get there via Nampo station, but would require some walking up and down the hill to get to the park. Interesting...

  • Happy that this park was walking distance from our hotel! It was late autumn but the autumn leaves are still there! The area is very peaceful and relaxing.

  • Worth a look around and a walk. The Busan Tower is located here. Pretty with nice views. Peaceful. I wouldn't say it's the nicest park in the world but I liked it. Clean and well looked after...

  • Nice peaceful park. You can take the elevators up from BIF shopping area. It's connected to the Busan movie museum. There are some swings you can enjoy after the walk up.
  • One of the must-sees in Busan. Especially the view at Tower is amazing. There are couple of ways to get to the park, but not all paths have escalators, though. If you come from east and inside the city, following narrow streets, there are just too many steps to climb and it is very tiring.
  • The view at Busan Tower is great. You can take a look at the city view. climbing a little bit, but it's nice! high recommend to visit Yongdusan Park in Busan. There is a shopping road near the park also. a lot of tourist and the local.
  • Nice place, the snacks and souvenirs are a litle bit expensive because it has became a tourist place with many visitors (i think because of k-pop pictures in the web) Personally i would recomend not missing songno beach and if you have time, go yo gamcheon
  • The place is uneven theres many stairs here so not friendly for old people, also no picnic area but still has a nice view for sight seeing
