Segowipo Maeil Olle Market, Seogwipo

Market is great place to visit when travel, it shows so many colours of that city. Wide varieties of food are available; fresh seafood, jokbal, fried chicken, steamed bun, fruit, orange juice, fried food. For this market in the middle of the food stall alley, there is a small seating which is nice if you want to buy some food items and tried them right away. This market is an everyday market, so it's convenient.

If I could only go to 1 spot in Jeju this would be it. So Many food stalls, they were delicious. From the seafood to the chicken, and some meat-filled buns that tasted like empanadas that grandma made, but with a soft bun outside. Local breweries, and shops that represent local brewers all over. It does get packed at night, for obvious reasons. If you are like me and enjoy people watching this place was extraordinary. All my gifts on the Island were purchased at one their many shops. They do deliver to the mainland as well so you aren't carrying any of it with you.

We went here for the food night market. The selection was OK. Not a lot of variety. It felt like the food was overpriced and not particularly tasty. Good experience though. Plus there were seating areas in the middle of the halls where you could eat what you just bought. So that was better compared to Dongmun market at Jeju City.

It was ok. It’s a huge market. I wasn’t particularly impressed. Lots of the same stuff, but was happy with the food that we purchased for dinner. A little pricey though.

The market itself is huge, however do not come here too early as nothing much will be opened except for the raw seafood stalls. I came at around 8am and almost 70 percent of the stalls were closed.
