  • This place is quite hidden in the heart of Seoul. It is free! There are so many cool historical things to see. The Seoul millennium time capsule was so neat! It is beautiful to visit in the fall. Such a great place to visit. They had different experiences for all ages. You can get married there, they had traditional games for kids and old artifacts.
  • A wonderful experience of traditional Korean life in the heart of Seoul. It saved us the long trip to the Korean folk village and it is free. The atmosphere is very serene and peaceful. We loved our visit here.
  • A beautiful place where you can hang around with some photoshooting, especially winter season you could enjoy the after snow fall scenery, that's amazingly romantic. Please be cautious that they close every Monday and public holiday so please make sure you don't come on that day.
  • A very attractive area of yesteryear with lots of history, look at those houses and they are all lived-in! While walking along, there are art galleries, historic sites, snack bars, restaurants, and who would not like to dress up to ware traditional clothes for a day?
  • Certainly not one of the largest, most historic, or most visually impressive hanok villages in Korea, but you can't beat the location. Easy to get to by public transportation and really close to Namsan, this village is easy to squeeze into any Seoul itinerary. Worth visiting
