Suncheon Bay Wetland Reserve, Suncheon

Visiting the wetlands in Suncheon was such a cool experience. We spent a good 4 hours there. You can check out the bird museum, the planetarium and then walk through the wetlands. There's a bit of a hike to reach the multiple observation decks. The views from the top are incredible. Such a peaceful and beautiful outing in nature.

It was a beautiful beautiful place. We went on a sunny day and it was hot! The views were gorgeous and we spent around 3.5 hrs there. The 14000 won tickets came with the sky cube ride to the national gardens, which was great especially if you are tired from the walking. The hike(?) Or "path of meditation" up to yongsan observatory was alright, not too tough and the views along the way were fantastic! You get to see all the way to the delta.

lots of walking in the bay but its worth it. There is a shuttle to Sucheon National garden, Sky cube. Awesome! Sky cube is a electric mini rail like personal taxi built across the rice field. The view from the sky cube is just amazing. There is a ferry runs through the bay. You should try!

Suncheon bay national garden is super place for everyone. Especially children they really enjoy to play here. General entrance fee for adult is 8000 Korean won . Inside the garden have Wetland, Wetland is 7km apart from Westgate. if you have privacy vehicle means you can go there by yourself. Incase you don't have private vehicle means you can buy sky cube ticket which cost 8000korean won. And East gate also available. Really nice place.

The National Reserve entrace is included with the 8000 won ticket to the gardens. We were there 2 hours and went all the way to the observation overlook. Everyone will see the walking fish and hundreds of tiny crabs. Great photo opportunities on the trail to and at the observation overlook.
