  • This is a free fountain that provides wine. It's theoretically open daily from 8am-8pm with a limit of 100L. You have to go early because the tourist buses can deplete it. This is just kinda fun...

  • We called in to see the monestsry which whilst ok is one of many. What we did find though was this fountain on the adjacent Camino Trail where pilgrims and anyone else that is passing can help...

  • Don't come to early in the morning otherwise you will be disappointed if you want to taste the wine from the famous fountain - and in my opinion there a better wines and bodegas in Navarra.
  • Only reason it does not get a 5 (which it actually deserves considering we were not expecting this and drinking good wine from a fountain is something we never thought we would experience) is that the webcam did not work.... which would have been awesome as we called our wives to tell them to check out the website so that they could see us during our trip and see us drinking wine (and water ;) ) from the free tap!
  • A must stop place on your camino. Free wine, but be prepared for a trickle and have some patience. Everyone's taking photos.
  • The vineyard tour was excellent. Tasting was also very good, excellent wines! If you pass by, you should absolutely do the tour. Very reasonable price. Don't forget to reserve in advance.
  • Good wine. Easy to find, just look for the large group of perigrinos clustered together after you leave Estella. There is a wine tap that offers free wine to travellers. I am not sure, but I don't think they meant for people to fill three or four water bottles with wine.
