Best rent a scooter was a great place to rent. I have rented scooters in the USA a handful of times... but was a little nervous about renting in Barcelona for the first time. I'm so glad I did and especially from Best Rent a Scooter. I came in and the customer service was excellent. They got me onto a scooter that was exactly what I needed to tour Barcelona for the day. I'm definitely coming back to Barcelona and renting again from this friendly scooter business.
