Berganti Bikes, Can Pastilla

Amazing service. These people made our cycling trip in Mallorca the best it could be. The bikes themselves are so comfortable and worked like a charm on the roads. Definitely check them out if you are planning to cycle in Majorca!

We really enjoyed bikes from Berganti. As we didn't have a prior reservation we appreciated that they are open also in off season (exception is 24.12. - 10.1.). An online reservation is recommended though as they may be booked out in high season. Everything went smoothly from the first contact with cheerful multilingual lady at the front desk to the set up of the chosen bikes and within several minutes we were ready to go. Bikes were clean and in top shape. Tyres, brakes, gears all were well serviced. Bikes are fairly priced and they also offer helmet, repair kit and assistance in a case of emergency free of charge. Saddles are a bit uncomfortable though and we all got sore pretty soon. All in all I was very satisfied with the bike from Berganti that took part in an unforgettable holliday.

Great bikes in excellent condition, excellent service and helpful staff. It is also possible to rent a helmet or a metal lock for free. You can also buy sports supplements and nutrition, water bottles and other equipment at the rental shop. I recommend, I was extremely satisfied :)

We rented 2 bikes for a day and the service was outstanding. The bike gears worked smoothly, no issues with brakes or the way the bike was setup. If you are going to Mallorca to cycle and want to rent a bike you should consider this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good service and you can also buy some gels and protein bars and different accessories in the shop shall you need them. It's possible to fit your own pedals or saddle but you can also use the one they provide. I'd definitely go back and use this shop in the future.

Great experience...! Perfectly located on the boardwalk in C'an Pastilla). Excellent staff...! very knowledgeable, very friendly, very attentive! Great bikes...! full carbon frame with great components with either drop down handle bars or flat bars for around 30 euros a day (depending on how many days that you rented!) The bikes also included a small repair kit, a helmet and a bike lock! There is actually a bike path parallel to the boardwalk in front of the store that takes you right to the city of Palma (30 to 40 minute panoramic ride one way!) Very impressed... well organized company... definitely recommend...! Reservations recommended but not always required (depends on time of year...!)
