Over the centuries, human industry has transformed the vast, 98 sq km (37.8 sq mi) area of wetlands where the Llobregat River empties out into the Mediterranean, first through agriculture, and later through the encroaching urban sprawl of Barcelona. Today, only around 900 hectares (2,224 acres) of protected natural land remains, providing a refuge for wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for 350 species of bird, as well as butterflies, moths, dragonflies, and many other insects, amphibians, mammals, and fish. The park offers guided tours of its habitats, ensuring you get the most out of exploring the lakes, marshes, wet meadows, and beaches. Bird watchers can take a specialist ornithology guide.     This is a wonderful idea and great move by Delta. A conservation area in which wild life can flourish more people should do positive things DIRECTV environment as this place. Nice spot to visit...
