  • Very interesting exhibition and history of the city. I particularly loved the artworks. Roman exhibits and lots of pottery through the ages. Beautiful building. Free entry for EU citizens. Locker facilities. Definitely worth a visit.
  • From the outside the building looks majestic and impressive, the inside even more! And when I watched the video about it, it all came together as a very important building for the city. The people working here are super nice and helpful. The exhibition was very beautiful and a lot to take in. It really shows you what Malaga is famous for when it comes to art.
  • Well worth a visit when in Malaga. Great presentation of a relatively small collection of archaeological remains and art over two floors. Free for EU visitors and only 1.5 euro for us non Europeans. Many Roman remains including an unusual uncensored mosaic. The art floor has some excellent pieces. One hour at a reasonable pace or two if you want to linger and view the audio visual presentations.
  • An amazing museum with two distinct departments : history (archeological) and art. So much has been done to make it very accessible and it is a beautiful building. Lots of information in English. I have been here several times and I expect to go many times more.
  • Both the art and archaeological collections are relevant to the location - something many museums struggle to achieve. Beautifully chosen pieces and displayed in a beautiful building. Accessible and spacious.
