  • Be avare that you need to contact a guide to gain access to the cisterns. We were not aware of this - and therefore did not see the cisterns.
  • Free entry. Extensive rooms. Worth a look round.
  • Being the largest easily accessible Roman cisterns these are not so well known and famous among foreign tourists. As I've been told by the cutest guide in whole Andalusia, we were only second non-spanish speaking visitors (it is probably sad, but I don't know if cisterns would benefit from higher number of visitors).
  • I have made the visit on Saturday afternoon to the Roman cisterns and they are spectacular. Great guided tour, and with many informative and illustrative panels. Thank you for musealizing this important Roman hydraulic work of our heritage and to the guide for making it known.
  • Spectacular monument located inside the cemetery. Very well cared for and documented. In our case, it also coincided with a guided tour and a classical music concert. Do not stop visiting it.
