No air condition in the room. The air vent is really loud. There are a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets on the two small windows. Almost impossible to sleep. The room is clean but there should at least a bottle opener and two glasses. It is very basic. The garbage truck and the car with the laundry comes at midnight and packing under the room's windows. You have no chance to relax in this hotel. The day before checking out we discussed on the reception that we can check out at 13:00. The receptionist said! The next day two cleaning lady and another receptionist were mad at us because of the late check out. Their speaking style was really not right. By the way the service in the restaurant was really nice especially the hungarian waitress. In total I would give 4 stars, but because of this behavior in the last 15 minutes you lost 1 more start. Congratulation

The actual Hotel and area is really beautiful..the views spectacular. The whole complex is on top of a mountain. A perfect place for Me time... disconnected from the world. It has a church, museum and gift shop. The Restaurant offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The food itself.. lovely. Really nice place for a family celebration. Yummy cakes and scrumptious dishes. The mayority of Hotel rooms are basic, but there are a few with their own balcony and huge beds. All rooms have everything you need. Hairdryer, TV..good WiFi, mini Fridge. Comfy beds, good shower. The shower gel in a small sachet...so bring your own....No Aircon..but it does have a Fan. It was a monastery so you can imagine it's pure peace and quiet. It does not have a swimming pool...which would have been a bonus.. specially in the hot summer days. The only nightmare...the road to get to this place....it is a real long and winding road...sharp..sharp u-turns.

Calm and peace. Words which come to my mind when I'm remembering my stay here. This place has definitely some "zen vibe", I slept like a baby each night. Next time I'll be in Mallorca, I'd like to stay here again.

We just popped in to enjoy the fantastic views, but we're also able to have a coffee and an ice cream. Glorious place!

Very nice place for view and relax. The rooms are so big and terrace aswell. The best hotel room you can find in Mallorca. Breakfast is classic and everything is fresh. Altough is impossible to get a taxi there so have a car, or a scooter.
