Botanical Gardens, Kingstown

There is nothing too special about the place itself. Not much as an attraction for visitors like myself who comes from a tropical country. But for the Brits or any other European, maybe worthy going. Here are some pictures from the St Vincent.

A beautiful garden! Be prepared to do some light walking with a few inclines. This is a great place to bring your entire family and it's wheelchair accessible. You will need a tour guide if you want to learn more about the flora.

A must-see while in St. Vincent. The cost is very reasonable to visit this place and it is immaculate. The grounds are so well kept. There are so many varieties of plants and species of trees that it really is a benefit to have a guide walk you through the gardens ( offered when you arrive). The guides are very passionate about the park and all the plants in there and explain traditional medicinal uses for the trees and what they are used for today. It was a very enjoyable and memorable visit.

Wow what a garden! This was part of the scenic tour which was really great, local knowledge was spot on and I’ve now got some great herbal recipes for all sorts of ailments 🤓thank you also to our guide in the library and to the gardeners who were kind enough to take a break whilst our wonderful tour guide shared lots of information about the plants. Max thanks for all the photo opportunities too, great driving on those narrow roads🙏

We enjoyed walking through the garden on our own but next time would have a guide for the full experience. The grounds were very well kept and the staff super friendly!
