  • The falls are small but what a great swimming hole! The floral / fauna were also nice and the staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions. worth the small cost to jump in that day.

  • Unfortunately access to the Falls is somewhat restricted. Several years ago landfalls filled in part of the footpath along the narrow river gorge to the falls and many tour operators refuse to go...

  • I really cannot rate this anything less than 5 stars being the experience it was, absolutely beautiful. As for the experience, unforgettable. Me thinking the sea was cold then realized the waterfall was a legit ice bath made returning to the beach feel like a hot tub. A word of notice, we were met with a notice saying "Site closed". I would guess this is mainly due to the jetty being completely destroyed, so the only way to shore is getting into the water given that the conditions allow. High winds will yield waves making it tricking for boats to get close enough to shore for disembarking. Unless you're lucky to have a boat that can be beached, then you'll be alright.
  • A must visit waterfall with great views of the volcano along the way.
  • Did the current eruption take out these once beautiful falls? Visited once a few years ago and they were breath taking.
  • went there by boat on an excursion from a cruise ship. After a spirited swim from the boat we swam in the volcanic spill over pond. I will never forget it . Wonderful!!
  • Priceless and mesmerizing
